Welcome to Banrboard, a platform designed to connect billboard owners with potential advertisers. These Terms of Service govern your use of the Banrboard platform as a billboard owner. By accessing, registering, or listing your billboards on our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

These Terms shall govern Billboard Owner’s use of our website (https://banrboard.com/) and its related mobile application, Banrboard (banrboard owner), as available on Google Play Store and Apple App Store (hereinafter referred to as the “website” or “App” or “platform”).

These Billboard Owner Terms are applicable to the Billboard Owners. If you are a client / vendor, please refer our Terms of Service (ToS).

These Terms outline your rights and responsibilities as a billboard owner, as well as the terms under which you may use the platform to manage and promote your billboard spaces. Please read these Terms carefully before proceeding, as they contain important information regarding your obligations and the rules governing your use of the platform. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us at access@billboard.com before using our services.

DEFINITIONS

• "Advertiser" or “User” refers to any individual or legal entity that uses the Banrboard platform to search for and secure billboard advertising space for promotional purposes. The terms "Advertiser" and "User" are used interchangeably in this Agreement.
• Agreement" refers to these Billboard Owner Terms of Service, which govern the rights and responsibilities of Billboard Owners when using the Banrboard platform.
• App” refers to mobile application, Banrboard (banrboard owner), as available on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Billboard Owner" refers to an individual or legal entity that owns or has the legal right to manage and lease advertising space on billboards and has registered to use the Banrboard platform.
• "Content" refers to any text, images, videos, data, or other materials uploaded, posted, or otherwise made available by a Billboard Owner on the Banrboard platform.
• "Listing" refers to the advertisement or detailed description of a billboard space provided by a Billboard Owner on the Banrboard platform, including information such as location, availability, pricing, and other relevant details.
• "Platform" refers to the Banrboard website, web app, and mobile app, including all related services, software, and features provided by Tatkshana India Private Limited.
• "Subscription" refers to the paid plan that a Billboard Owner may subscribe to in order to list and manage billboard spaces on the Banrboard platform, subject to the payment terms outlined in these Terms of Service.
• "Tatkshana India Private Limited" or “Company” refers to the company that owns and operates the Banrboard platform - Tatkshana India Private Limited, with its registered office at 468 NMC 1ST CROSS, RIGHT SIDE HOSAMANE, Shimoga, BHADRAVATHI, Karnataka, India, 577301.
• "Terms" or "Terms of Service" refer to these Billboard Owner Terms of Service, which govern the use of the Banrboard platform by Billboard Owners.
• "User" refers to any individual or legal entity that accesses or uses the Banrboard platform, including both Billboard Owners and Advertisers.
• "Verification" refers to the process by which Banrboard may authenticate the ownership or management rights of a Billboard Owner regarding a listed billboard.

ACCEPTANCE OF THESE BILLBOARD OWNER TERMS

By registering as a Billboard Owner and listing your billboard spaces on the Banrboard platform, or by clicking on a button or taking similar action to signify your affirmative acceptance of these Terms, you hereby represent that:

• You have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and any future updates and additions to these Terms, as published from time to time at our website (https://banrboard.com/) and App.
• You are of sound mind, at least of 18 years in legal age, and otherwise competent to form a binding contract with us. If you are using our platform on behalf of a business or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. In such cases, the terms "you" and "your" shall refer to both you as an individual and the business or legal entity you represent. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the foregoing eligibility requirements.
• We must not have previously disabled your account for violation of law or any of our policies.
• You have read, understood, and consented to our Cancellation & Refund Policy, as well as our Privacy Policy statement.

ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

• Account Creation: To list and manage your billboards on the Banrboard platform, you must first create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. This includes details such as your name, contact information, and any required verification documents. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and updating it as necessary.
• Verification Process: As part of the registration process, Banrboard may require you to undergo a verification process to confirm your ownership or legal right to manage the billboards you wish to list. This may include providing proof of ownership, legal documentation, or any other relevant information. Failure to provide accurate or complete information may result in the rejection or suspension or termination of your account.
• User Credentials: Upon registration, you will be required to create a password and provide other credentials to secure your account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and ensuring their confidentiality. You must not share your account details with others, and you are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• Account Security: You agree to notify Banrboard immediately at access@billboard.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Banrboard is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
• Multiple Accounts: You are not permitted to create multiple accounts without our express permission. If we detect multiple accounts for the same Billboard Owner, we may take action to suspend or merge those accounts.
• Assisted Registration: If you require assistance with the registration process, our customer support team is available to help. However, you remain responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and the security of your account.
• Account Termination: Banrboard reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms of Service, provide false or misleading information, or engage in any activities that harm the platform or its users. Upon termination, you will lose access to your account and any associated data. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us at access@billboard.com. However, any obligations you have incurred before termination will remain in effect.

REPRESENTATION AND WARRANTIES BY BILLBOARD OWNERS

You represent and warrant that:

• Legal Authority: You represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to enter into these Terms, either as an individual or on behalf of the entity you represent, and that you are fully able and competent to satisfy the terms, conditions, and obligations herein.
• Ownership and Authority: You are the legal owner or have the lawful right and authority to manage and lease the billboards you list on the platform. You have all necessary rights, licenses, consents, and permissions to offer the billboard space for advertising purposes.
• Accuracy of Information: All information and materials you provide on the platform, including but not limited to billboard descriptions, availability, pricing, and contact details, are accurate, truthful, and up-to-date. You agree to promptly update any information that may change or become outdated.
• Compliance with Laws: Your use of the platform and the listing of your billboards comply with all applicable local, state, and national laws, regulations, and industry standards. You warrant that your billboards are in full compliance with zoning laws, advertising regulations, and any other legal requirements relevant to outdoor advertising.
• Non-Infringement: Your listings, including any content you upload to the platform, do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of third parties. You warrant that you have the right to use and display any images, logos, or other content associated with your billboard listings.
• No Misrepresentation: You will not engage in any deceptive or misleading practices on the platform. This includes but is not limited to falsely representing the availability, location, or condition of your billboards, or providing false contact information.
• Maintenance and Safety: You represent that your billboards are well-maintained and in a safe condition for use by advertisers. You agree to promptly address any maintenance or safety issues that may arise and could affect the integrity of your billboard listings.
• Accurate Information: You represent and warrant that all information provided by you during registration and while using the Platform is true, accurate, current, and complete. You agree to update this information as necessary to maintain its accuracy.

ALLOWED USES OF THE PLATFORM

Here’s what you’re allowed to do on the platform:

• Limited License: As a Billboard Owner using the Banrboard platform, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the platform solely for the purpose of listing and managing your billboard spaces. This license allows you to upload content, manage your listings, and interact with potential advertisers through the platform. You are not permitted to sublicense, sell, or otherwise distribute any part of the platform or its content to third parties. Any use of the platform outside of its intended purpose, including unauthorized commercial use, reverse engineering, or creating derivative works, is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of your account.
• Listing Billboards: As a Billboard Owner, you are permitted to use the Banrboard platform to list and manage your billboard spaces for the purpose of attracting potential advertisers. You may upload relevant content, such as descriptions, images, and availability details, to accurately represent your billboards.
• Managing Listings: You are allowed to update, modify, or remove your billboard listings as needed to ensure that the information remains accurate and current. This includes adjusting pricing, availability dates, and any other relevant details about your billboards.
• Communication with Advertisers: You may use the platform’s communication tools to interact with potential advertisers who are interested in your billboard listings. This includes responding to inquiries, negotiating terms, and finalizing agreements directly with advertisers.
• Access to Platform Features: As a subscriber, you have access to the various features and tools provided by the Banrboard platform, such as analytics, reporting, and notifications, to help you manage your listings and track their performance.
• Use for Intended Purpose: The platform is intended solely for the purpose of listing and managing billboard spaces for advertising. You are not permitted to use the platform for any other purposes, such as promoting unrelated products or services, or engaging in activities that are not aligned with the platform’s intended use.

PROHIBITED USES

Here’s what you’re not allowed to do on the platform

• Misrepresentation of Listings: You are prohibited from providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information in your billboard listings. This includes but is not limited to the location, availability, pricing, condition, or legal status of the billboards.
• Unauthorized Sharing of Advertiser Information: You must not share or distribute the personal or contact information of advertisers obtained through the platform without their explicit consent. This includes using such information for purposes unrelated to the platform’s intended use.
• Infringement of Intellectual Property: You are not allowed to upload, post, or share content on the platform that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others, including copyrighted images, trademarks, or logos, without proper authorization.
• Spamming and Unsolicited Communication: You are prohibited from using the platform to send unsolicited messages, spam, or advertisements to advertisers or other users. Any form of harassment or excessive contact is strictly forbidden.
• Engaging in Illegal Activities: The platform must not be used for any illegal activities, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or any actions that violate local, state, or national laws. Any such activities will result in immediate account termination and may lead to legal action.
• Circumventing Platform Features: You are prohibited from attempting to bypass or manipulate any platform features, such as subscription payments, security measures, or the review and rating system. This includes creating multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage or avoid platform restrictions.
• Interference with Platform Operations: You must not engage in any activities that could interfere with or disrupt the normal functioning of the platform, including hacking, introducing malware, or attempting to access restricted areas of the platform.
• Reselling or Unauthorized Use of Platform: You are prohibited from reselling, licensing, or otherwise exploiting the platform or its content for commercial purposes that are not aligned with the platform’s intended use. This includes unauthorized use of the platform’s tools, data, or features.
• Violation of Laws and Regulations: You must not use the platform in any way that violates applicable local, state, national, or international laws and regulations, including zoning and advertising laws relevant to billboard listings.
• Disrespectful or Abusive Behavior: You are prohibited from engaging in any behavior that is disrespectful, abusive, or harmful to other users of the platform, including advertisers. This includes discriminatory, offensive, or threatening conduct.
• Termination of Access: Banrboard reserves the right to terminate or restrict your access to the platform at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in any activities that harm the platform or its users. Such termination or restriction may occur without prior notice. In case of such termination, the Company is not liable for refunding any fee or compensation in any manner whatsoever.

LISTINGS

• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information for each billboard listing, including location, dimensions, availability, pricing, and any other relevant details.
• Content Requirements: Listings must include clear and high-quality images or videos that accurately represent the billboard. The content should not mislead potential advertisers and must comply with all applicable laws and platform guidelines.
• Updates and Modifications: You are responsible for keeping your listings up-to-date. This includes promptly updating availability, pricing, or any other changes that may affect the listing.
• Compliance with Laws: All listings must comply with applicable local, state, and national laws, including zoning regulations, advertising standards, and any other legal requirements.
• No Duplicate Listings: You are prohibited from creating multiple listings for the same billboard unless there is a legitimate reason, such as offering different advertising options or packages.
• Prohibited Content: Listings must not contain any content that is offensive, discriminatory, or otherwise violates the platform’s terms of service. This includes but is not limited to images or text that are inappropriate, misleading, or infringing on third-party rights.
• Approval and Review: Banrboard reserves the right to review and approve all listings before they are published on the platform. We may request additional information or modifications if a listing does not meet our standards or guidelines.
• Removal of Listings: Banrboard may remove any listing that violates these Terms, contains inaccurate information, or is deemed inappropriate. You will be notified if your listing is removed, and you may have the opportunity to correct any issues.
• User Responsibility: As a Billboard Owner, you are solely responsible for the content and accuracy of your listings. Any disputes arising from inaccuracies or misrepresentations in your listings are your responsibility to resolve.
• Fees and Payments: Each annual subscription fee covers the cost of one billboard listing on the platform. If you wish to list additional billboards, you must pay the same annual fee for each additional listing.

SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENT TERMS

• Annual Subscription Fee: To list a billboard on the Banrboard platform, you are required to pay an annual subscription fee. This fee grants you the right to list and manage one billboard for a full year. If you wish to list additional billboards, the same annual fee will apply for each additional listing.
• Payment Due Date: The subscription fee is due at the time of listing your billboard on the platform. You must complete the payment process before your listing becomes active. No services will be provided until full payment has been received.
• No Refunds: The subscription fee is non-refundable. Once you have paid the fee and your listing is live on the platform, you are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances. Please ensure that you are committed to listing your billboard before making the payment. For more information, please refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
• Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each annual term unless you cancel it before the renewal date. The renewal will be charged at the same rate as your original subscription unless otherwise notified. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is up-to-date to avoid any interruptions in service.
• Taxes: All subscription fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes, including Goods and Services Tax (GST). You are responsible for paying any taxes that may apply to your use of the platform.
• Payment Methods: Banrboard accepts various payment methods as specified during the checkout process. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the subscription fee and any applicable taxes to your chosen payment method. If a payment is declined or fails, we may attempt to reprocess the payment or contact you for an alternative method.
• Failed Payments: If your payment method fails or your account becomes past due, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform until full payment is received.
• Changes to Subscription Terms: Banrboard reserves the right to change the subscription fees, payment terms, or any other related terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you, and your continued use of the platform after such changes will constitute your acceptance of the new terms.

• Ownership of Content: As a Billboard Owner, you retain ownership of any content you upload or share on the Banrboard platform, including images, videos, and descriptions of your billboards. However, by submitting this content, you grant Banrboard a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display the content on the platform and in any marketing materials related to the platform.
• Use of Banrboard’s Intellectual Property: Banrboard retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the platform, including all software, technology, logos, trademarks, service marks, and any other intellectual property associated with the platform. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for the purposes outlined in these Terms of Service. You may not use, copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Banrboard’s intellectual property without our prior written consent.
• Prohibited Actions: You are prohibited from using any of Banrboard’s intellectual property in a way that misrepresents your relationship with Banrboard or implies any endorsement or sponsorship by Banrboard that does not exist. Additionally, you may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform, nor attempt to derive the source code or underlying ideas or algorithms of the platform.
• Reporting Infringements: If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been infringed upon by content on the Banrboard platform, you should notify us immediately at access@billboard.com. We will take appropriate action to investigate and, if necessary, remove the infringing content.
• Third-Party Intellectual Property: You must ensure that any content you upload does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of third parties. You are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use any third-party content, including images, logos, and trademarks, in your listings.
• Feedback: Any feedback you provide to the Company will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. By providing any feedback, you grant Banrboard and its affiliates a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, perform, display, distribute, and otherwise disclose to third parties any such material for any purpose.

PRIVACY

In order to see what personal and non-personal information we collect and how we use or store or share the same, please refer to the detailed Privacy Policy statement available on our website and App.

LINKS TO THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS

The website/App might contain links to third-party website/Apps or services. Such third-party links are not under the control of Banrboard, and Banrboard is not responsible for any third-party links. Banrboard provides access to these third-party links only as a convenience to you, and does not review, approve, monitor, endorse, warrant, or make any representations with respect to third-party links. You shall use all third-party links at your own risk, and should apply a suitable level of caution and discretion in doing so. Whenever you click on such links, you may be taken to such a third-party website/App, and you get out of the jurisdiction of our website/App. Therefore, you shall be governed by the legal policies of such third-party website/Apps and we suggest that you read those policies. In case of any damage due to such action of third-party links or inaccuracy of content or wrong information, Banrboard shall not be responsible.

By using Banrboard, Billboard Owners acknowledge and agree to the following disclaimers:

• Accuracy of Information: While Banrboard provides a platform for you to list and manage your billboards, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information displayed on the platform. You are solely responsible for ensuring that all details about your billboards are accurate and up-to-date. Banrboard will not be liable for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in your listings.
• Platform Availability: Banrboard provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the platform will be free of errors, interruptions, or security breaches. There may be times when the platform is temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. Banrboard is not responsible for any losses or damages you may incur due to such interruptions or unavailability.
• No Endorsement: Banrboard does not endorse or verify the credentials, legitimacy, or trustworthiness of any advertisers who use the platform. Any interactions, negotiations, or agreements you enter into with advertisers are conducted at your own risk. We encourage you to perform your own due diligence before entering into any agreement with an advertiser.
• No Guarantee of Results: Banrboard does not guarantee that listing your billboards on the platform will result in successful advertising agreements or generate specific levels of income. The effectiveness of your listings depends on various factors, including market demand, pricing, and the quality of your listings. Banrboard is not responsible for any lack of interest or engagement from potential advertisers.
• Content Responsibility: As a Billboard Owner, you are solely responsible for the content you upload to the platform. Banrboard does not monitor or verify the content you post, and we are not liable for any legal issues that may arise from the use of copyrighted, offensive, or inappropriate material. You are responsible for ensuring that all content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on the rights of others.
• Compliance with Laws: While we provide tools and features to help you manage your billboard listings, it is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the platform complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. Banrboard is not liable for any legal issues that may arise from your listings or interactions with advertisers.
• Performance Metrics: Any analytics, metrics, or insights provided by the platform are for informational purposes only. Banrboard does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of these metrics, and they should not be solely relied upon for decision-making or assessing the success of your billboard listings.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

• General Limitation: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Banrboard, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform; (c) any content obtained from the Platform; and (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
• Direct Damages: In no event shall the total liability of Banrboard for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the Platform during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the date of the claim.
• Billboard Owner Liability: Banrboard is not liable for any damages or losses arising from the services provided by the Billboard Owners whose details you may find on the Platform. Billboard Owners are independent contractors and not employees or agents of Banrboard. Any disputes or issues arising from the services provided must be resolved directly between you and the Billboard Owner.
• Applicable Law Exceptions: Banrboard's liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

LEGAL ACTION

If you are found to be degrading, tarnishing, maligning the image, goodwill, or reputation of Banrboard by spreading hate, insulting, false, fake reviews or engaging in mala fide actions against the above, strong legal actions will be taken immediately.

INDEMNIFICATION

You acknowledge to defend, indemnify, and hold Banrboard, its affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, agents, partners, and any other licensors (hereinafter referred to as “Indemnified Party”) harmless from and against any claim, disputes, fine, liability, demand, or expense, including reasonable legal counsel’s fee, made by a third party, relating to, or arising from:

• Your violation of ours or any third-party right;
• Your wrongful or improper use of our services, or platform;
• Your violation of any applicable laws, rules, or regulations;
• Your violation of these Terms or any other policy of ours as associated with our services;
• The indemnifications set forth above will survive the termination or expiration of these Terms and/or your use of our services.

LEGAL ACTION

If you are found to be degrading, tarnishing, maligning the image, goodwill, or reputation of Banrboard by spreading hate, insulting, false, fake reviews or engaging in mala fide actions against the above, strong legal actions will be taken immediately.

GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

• Choice of Law: The Terms and any dispute arising from the same will be governed by applicable laws of the Republic of India, except for its conflict of law provisions.
• Amicable Settlement: In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through mutual discussion. Such discussions shall continue for a period of at least 30 days from the date either party provides written notice of the dispute to the other party. • Injunctive Relief: Nothing specified in Section 14(b) above shall affect either party's right to apply for an injunctive order of urgent nature from any court of competent jurisdiction.
• Exclusive Jurisdiction: If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably within the 30-day period, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bhadravathi, Karnataka, India, or the High Court of Karnataka. The parties agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of these courts and waive any objections to the convenience or propriety of such venue.
• Class Action Waiver: All disputes will be resolved on an individual basis. You hereby waive the right to participate in class, collective, coordinated, or consolidated actions.
• Consumer Rights: This Agreement shall not override any rights under applicable consumer laws or any other law that cannot be waived.

DISPUTES BETWEEN BILLBOARD OWNER AND ADVERTISER / CLIENT / VENDOR

• Direct Resolution: Any disputes, disagreements, or issues that arise between Billboard Owners and Advertisers (Clients) regarding the use of the Banrboard platform, the content of billboard listings, or the terms of any agreements made between the parties are to be resolved directly between the involved parties. Banrboard does not mediate or involve itself in these disputes.
• No Liability: Banrboard is not responsible for any disputes that may arise between Billboard Owners and Advertisers, including but not limited to disagreements over pricing, billboard availability, contract terms, payment issues, or the quality of the advertising space provided. Any such matters must be resolved between the Billboard Owner and the Advertiser without involving Banrboard.
• Due Diligence: It is the responsibility of both Billboard Owners and Advertisers to conduct their own due diligence before entering into any agreements or transactions. This includes verifying the accuracy of the listing information, negotiating terms, and ensuring that all legal and contractual obligations are met. Banrboard does not verify the credentials or trustworthiness of either party and will not be held liable for any issues arising from such transactions.
• Indemnification: Billboard Owners agree to indemnify and hold Banrboard harmless from any claims, disputes, or damages arising out of or related to interactions or agreements with Advertisers. This includes covering any legal fees or costs incurred by Banrboard as a result of disputes between Billboard Owners and Advertisers.
• Use of Platform: While Banrboard provides the platform for Billboard Owners to connect with Advertisers, the platform's role is limited to facilitating these connections. The responsibility for ensuring that any agreements made are fulfilled lies entirely with the Billboard Owner and the Advertiser. Banrboard will not enforce, support, or take sides in any disputes.
• Termination of Access: In cases where disputes between Billboard Owners and Advertisers disrupt the platform's operations or violate Banrboard's terms of service, Banrboard reserves the right to suspend or terminate the accounts of the parties involved. This action will be taken to maintain the integrity and smooth functioning of the platform.

NOTICES

When you use the website/App or send emails to Banrboard, you are communicating with us electronically. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION

• Cancellation Policy: You have the flexibility to cancel your subscription at any time. However, it’s important to understand that the services provided by Banrboard are fully delivered upon activation, as they grant you immediate access to tools and resources for managing and promoting your billboard listings.
• How to Cancel: To cancel your subscription, you must submit a cancellation request through your account settings on the Banrboard platform or by contacting our customer support team at access@billboard.com. When cancelling, please ensure you provide all necessary account details to expedite the process.
• Effective Date of Cancellation: Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. Even after submitting a cancellation request, you will continue to have access to the platform’s features and services until the current subscription period concludes. After this period, your account will no longer be charged, and access to premium features will be terminated.
• Impact on Listings: Upon cancellation, any active billboard listings may be removed from the platform at the end of the subscription period, unless otherwise specified in the terms of your agreement with Banrboard. Please ensure that you manage or conclude any ongoing listings before the cancellation becomes effective to avoid disruptions.

NO REFUNDS

• No Refunds: Due to the nature of the services provided by Banrboard, all subscription fees for Billboard Owners are non-refundable. Once your subscription is activated, you gain immediate access to the platform's tools and features for managing your billboard listings, which are considered fully delivered and consumed upon activation. Consequently, Banrboard does not offer refunds for any reason, including, but not limited to, unused time, dissatisfaction with the service, or changes in your business needs.
• Final Sale: All sales of subscription services are final. We encourage you to carefully consider your subscription before making a purchase, as no refunds will be issued once payment has been made.

Automatic Renewal and Cancellation of Auto-Renewal

Your Banrboard subscription is set to automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle to ensure uninterrupted access to our services. If you wish to cancel the auto-renewal of your subscription, you must do so before the renewal date. You can manage or disable the auto-renewal feature through your account settings on the Banrboard platform or by contacting our customer support team at access@billboard.com.
